Happy happy Sunday, friends!
I’m enjoying a lazy Sunday evening, so I’m just dropping by to share my workouts and menu for the week! Then back to relaxing for me 🙂
First up, the food! I filmed a video yesterday walking through the meal planning process. Fingers crossed I get it edited by tomorrow so I can share with you, but watch for that this week!

** Pasta with Pesto & Tofurkey Italian Sausage & sauteed zucchini
For the omni boyfriend | The only real change for him this week is that he’ll have some chicken with the mango and snow pea salad. Easy enough!
