HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE, friends!
Today we celebrated Christmas with my family, and it was LOVELY. But it was pretty exhausting, so now Preston and I are just settling in for a relaxing evening. Tomorrow is Christmas with his family. Quite the marathon holiday weekend!
So I’m chilling on my couch and had to get up my Blogmas post! I’m bumping up tomorrow’s normal weekly workouts post so that tomorrow we can just have something festive and fun to celebrate Christmas.
One of my Christmas gifts was the Oh She Glows cookbook! Woo hoo!!! So I’m planning to test a couple recipes from that for next week.
Monday | cream of tomato soup + chickpea croutons (from OSG cookbook)
Tuesday | Brussels sprouts + Tofurkey sausage
Wednesday | leftovers
Thursday | chana masala (from OSG cookbook)
Friday | leftovers
Saturday | something frozen and easy
Sunday | char siu bao
Monday | we’re heading to the snow with my sister and kiddos for a day of sledding and fun. so this will likely turn into an “active rest day”… we’ll play it by ear 😉
Tuesday | squats + lunges workout
Wednesday | upper body resistance band workout
Thursday | jog
Friday | lower body resistance band workout
Saturday | HIIT cardio day
Sunday | hopefully a hike!
That’s all I got! I’m off to relax with the boyfriend and sip on the unnecessarily large glass of egg nog liqueur I just poured myself 😉
