Spinach & Artichoke Dip Pizza - Flora Foodie

Spinach & Artichoke Dip Pizza

Super simple recipe alert here.  This doesn’t even require a recipe, really.

Make my spinach and artichoke dip (I looooove it, it’s one of my favorite recipes on this blog), spread it on a pizza dough.

The end.

I don’t even know what else to post about this!  It’s awesome and yummy.  The pizza only takes half of my spinach and artichoke dip recipe, so you’ve got some leftovers for veggie and cracker dipping.

I might use my leftovers for another one of these pizzas, but add some toppings next time.  Plain was amazing, trust me.  But I’m thinking sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, maybe some veggie pepperoni?  Or you could use the leftovers for spinach and artichoke pasta

Okay, here’s a sort-of recipe:

serves 3
1 store-bought whole wheat pizza dough
1/2 recipe spinach & artichoke dip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or whatever your pizza dough package says!)  Roll out pizza dough.  If your store-bought dough requires you to pre-bake it, do that first.  Spread the dip on top.  Bake for about 12 minutes, until the crust is turning golden brown and the dip is hot and melty.
