Allow me to introduce you to one of my classiest, most time-intensive, gourmet recipes I’ve ever shared.
In reality, allow me to show you how to blend a canned boozy drink with frozen fruit to make it even more delightful!
Last summer I developed a little addiction to these raz-ber-itas (and straw-ber-itas too.) Super classy, I know. But I absolutely love them.
I love them even more when blended with some frozen fruit. It’s so summery, so refreshing, and such a fun dessert!
Obviously you can mix whatever frozen fruit you want with whatever canned margarita or beergarita you want. Last summer there were strawberry, raspberry, mango, and lime. I think they’re all back for this season, and I’m kind of hoping to see some more options.
But here’s a simple and really delicious combo that I am loving, a strawberry watermelon raz-ber-ita!
- 2 cans raz-ber-ita
- 1 C frozen watermelon cubes
- 1 C frozen strawberries
- juice of 2 limes
- salt to rim your glasses
- Blend everything together. Salt some glasses, and pour your margarita in!
