Overindulge last night? Enjoy this yummy concoction to help revive you.
Coconut water will rehydrate you, replenish your electrolytes and minerals, something else . . . Coffee. Well, we know what that does – wakes you up! Okay, it’s also going to dehydrate you, which you don’t need. But I know you don’t care. You want coffee. The chocolate flavor is because it tastes good. While we all know a more appropriate post-indulgence breakfast would probably consist of some healthy produce, let’s face it. You don’t want that. You want fried food, coffee, chocolate, and advil.
Drink this first thing, and you have two of your bases covered. Use it to wash down some advil, and you’re making serious progress. Hopefully after you’ve downed this you’ll no longer need the fried food and maybe you can make a better choice.
Oh yeah, one more thing. This recipe is two ingredients and ridiculously easy. Make espresso, pour coconut water. I know you’re not up for much after your night 🙂
serves 1
2 oz. espresso
1 C chocolate coconut water
Make espresso. Add to coconut water. You can heat the coconut water if you like, but I prefer this over ice.
Drink a glass of this and you’ll see how much better your day goes!
