Last Thanksgiving, I posted this pumpkin vanilla bean cheesecake. I absolutely love it. My guests, vegan and non-vegan alike, all love it (or at least that’s what they told me, and I didn’t see any cheesecake remnants leftover – save for this one piece that is now covered in graham cracker crust)
The pictures were orange and taken with my old point-and-shoot. I still didn’t have the time and lighting I wanted this year to take phenomenal pictures, but at least these are an upgrade. Plus this serves as a great way to sort of re-post one of my favorite holiday desserts.
This is a winner. For reals. It’s easy, fast, doesn’t actually require measurements, and can satisfy any crowd! Hope you like it 🙂
