Blueberry Coconut Margarita (No Sugar Added)

I present to you the health foodie’s margarita.  I’m not sure how else you could make a margarita more guiltless.  This bad boy is a nice refreshing drink of superfoods without any added sugar.

It couldn’t be simpler to make, either, and only has five ingredients!

I’m just getting straight to the recipe, I can’t wait!

serves 2
1 young Thai coconut
1 C frozen blueberries
4 oz tequila
4 oz triple sec
juice of 1 lime

You’ll use the meat and the water from the young coconut for these margaritas.  If you need some help opening the coconut, watch this video!

Then just blend everything together.

If you want to rim your glasses with salt, rub a cut lime around the rims and dip in salt.

Seriously, it’s so good I don’t think it should matter what kind of weather there is outside.  So go grab a blanket and wrap it around you like a cape while you get your blender whirring!  What, am I the only one who does that?
