Here’s the trail mix recipe I mentioned yesterday! Trail mix is a fantastic thing to take with you when you’re literally snacking on it on a hiking trail, but it’s also a great filling snack when you need one. This is what I threw in mine because it was all things that I already had in my cupboards. Feel free to change the ingredients up based on what you have.
serves 4
1/2 C dark chocolate chips
1/2 C dried cherries, chopped
1/2 C salted pistachios
1/4 C raw peanuts
1 C chex cereal
Just mix everything together. I know, totally didn’t even need to post this. But seriously, this was a great combo. Though whatever’s in your cupboards could be just as good…
Throw that in a bag, or maybe single-serve bags. Enjoy 🙂
