Every holiday, my mom likes to pick a special cocktail that we make throughout the day. Yesterday for Mother’s Day she picked this limoncello champagne cocktail that was divine!
Light, fruity, sweet, and most of all, beautiful.
All I had was my iPhone, so I apologize about the wonky pictures. Though I’ve posted far worse on here, they turned out alright!
for one cocktail:
2-3 mint leaves
3-5 frozen raspberries*
2 oz limoncello
4 oz prosecco
*Of course you could use raspberries from a store-bought frozen bag, but to make prettier nicely-shaped raspberries, lay them flat on a plate without touching and freeze that way.
Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Add frozen raspberries, then limoncello, and top with prosecco.
Cheers, that’s it!
