I know, that title’s a mouthful. But I couldn’t leave anything out!!!
So I bought this coconut butter. Vanilla cake batter coconut butter ๐
Nom.
To me, it really tastes more like coconut than anything else, but that little bit of vanilla cake batter in the background is a fun addition.
I blended it up in a smoothie for some extra protein and added some vanilla protein powder and vanilla extract to draw out that cake batter taste. Perfect way to start a morning with cakey goodness in a healthy way!
strawberry coconut cake batter smoothie:
serves 1
1 C frozen strawberries
1 T vanilla cake batter coconut butter
1 T vanilla extract
2 T vanilla soy protein powder
1 C vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Blend everything up! Drink up ๐
