Holy hell, it’s been a LONG time since I made some fresh juice!
My sister has been juicing and gave me an awesome beet juice while I was crashing with her. I forgot how much I LOVE fresh juice, especially with beets! So I whipped up the easiest most delightful little juice. I used just four ingredients – two fruits and two veggies (and I chose some of the sweetest veggies there are for a really wonderful flavorful and drinkable juice!) This beet carrot juice is such a sweet and healthy day to start the day!
This one is a crazy simple recipe, but I think it’s exactly what I needed! More easy and basic juice recipes in my future… 😉
- 1 beet (red or gold works) (scrubbed very well)
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 navel orange, peeled
- 1 small apple (or half a large one)
- Throw everything in your juicer!
- (as always, nutritional information is my best estimate; however, calculating the nutrition facts for juice is more difficult and may be less accurate)
