Oh hey look, a healthy recipe!!!
This month is still going to be indulgence-heavy. But I have been doing an awesome job balancing my holiday splurges and baking fun with some healthy salads, well-rounded dinners, and loading up on tons of fruit because I’m just craving it this month! This raspberry tangerine juice was necessary because I was buying fruit faster than I could eat it. I don’t know what’s going on, but every store I’ve walked into the last few weeks just has me dying to buy ALL the fruit.
An awesome homemade juice with some sneaky sweet veggies is perfect for the holiday season – get yourself some nutrients in an easy-to-absorb delicious little glass. Just what your body wants when you’re stuffing it with baked goods and family meals.
My raspberry tangerine juice is super simple, sweet and tart, and very satisfying.
- 2 C raspberries
- 3 tangerines
- 2 apple
- 4 carrots
- Funnel everything into that juicer! Stir and drink 🙂
