Blogmas is going to be interesting this year because I have NO content prepared ahead of time 😉 Real-time blogging, y’all. The most I have are pictures of the Brussels sprouts I made for Thanksgiving that I’ll share.
But! Luckily I had been testing apple crumble protein smoothie recipes and this morning it turned out PHENOMENAL. So yay! I have a spectacular recipe to share with you today.
I feel like it’s pretty self explanatory. It’s a protein smoothie that tastes like an apple crumble. Sooo… let’s recipe!

Apple Crumble Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/3 C rolled oats
- 3/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3/4 C ice
- 1 T apple butter
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1 T cashew butter*
Instructions
- Blend everything together!
Notes
- *I really like cashew butter in this as the source of protein because it tastes creamier and richer, but if you want a lower fat option, vanilla protein powder works great too.
