I made a super simple tiny smoothie the other day to accompany some toast for breakfast, and loved it! I thought you’d like it too. It tastes like summer in the dead of winter. Perfectly pink frozen fruit, that bright fresh flavor from lemon juice, all blended in a beautiful chilly little drink (that maybe you’ll need sweats and a blanket to sip on it in the chilly weather, but it’s cheery and refreshing for a misty winter morning!)Not to mention, it’s a gorgeous pink color for Valentine’s Day! (Okay, that may have been a complete accident, but I’m happy it worked out that way.)
So here it is 🙂
serves 1
1/2 C frozen raspberries
3/4 C vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 t honey (or agave)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 t vanilla extract
juice of 1/2 lemon
Blend everything together!
