Aloo Gobi Masala (Indian Potato Cauliflower curry)

Aloo Gobi Masala (Indian Potato Cauliflower Curry)

Got a quickie recipe review for you folks!

I had planned on being creative and working on one of my own recipes tonight, but I just was not up for it.  I wanted a fast and easy Sunday night recipe, so I pulled up a recipe that I’ve had bookmarked forever and gave it a try.

This potato cauliflower curry was so delicious I decided to put up a little post about it!

One warning is that it is super spicy.  I still scraped my bowl clean, but I’d definitely cut back the garam masala and/or red pepper flakes if you don’t like spicy food.

Also, the cauliflower in this is tender and wonderful.  I tricked the cauliflower-hating boyfriend into eating it.  Actually, I still haven’t told him that this was half cauliflower.  He scarfed it down.  😀

Get the recipe over at An Edible Mosaic.  Trust me, my pictures don’t do it justice!

Happy Sunday evening, internet friends!
